At the end of April 2004 we opened the first part of a newly built social and healthcare centre. It houses offices of general practitioners for adults, pediatrician, as well as a dentist, gynecologist, internist, orthopedist and rheumatologist. The facility boasts a professionally equipped rehabilitation centre and a pharmacy; an ORL department is about to be launched, too.

At the moment, the second stage of the centre completion is underway. Within this phase, an operating theatre and in-patient wards with a 126-bed capacity (30 beds for medical patients, 10 for geriatric patients and 86 beds for retirement/nursing centre).

The social and healthcare centre project offers a space for cooperation either through a PPP or in the form of full ownership acquisition. The Centre already serves as a medical facility for Kechnec Industrial Zone employees.
